The first two people in the Schad family that we had originally were Frank Schad and his younger brother Adolph Schad. The two were both born in the little town of Wojes, Austria, now Svojanov, Czech Republic. The brothers came to the United States in 1880 and 1886, respectively, and raised their families here. Since beginning researching late in the summer of 1997, a few other individuals have been added to this generation. On my visit to the Czech Republic, four siblings of Frank and Adolph were discovered. Records indicate the eldest child, Johann, died in infancy. Nothing other than birth information is known about the other siblings, Johann #2, Cecelia, or Aloys. Information on each of them can be found on their respective pages.

NOTE- ON INDIVIDUAL PAGES, THE ARROWS LET YOU BROWSE THE PEOPLE IN THIS GENERATION IN ORDER OF BIRTH BY FAMILY, AS THEY APPEAR BELOW
